Terrance R. Lynch (Terry), senior auditor is a U.S. Air Force veteran and a graduate of Kent State University.  He has 33 years experience in governmental auditing, 15 years with Charles E. Harris and Associates and prior to that worked for the Auditor of State of Ohio for 18 years.  All his required CPE credits have been fulfilled.

Terry is currently a senior auditor responsible for planning and performing audits for all types of governmental entities including audits of financial statements, single audits, GASB 34 and CAFRS.  He also is involved in training of staff members and consulting with clients.
